Official Terms and Conditions Platform 477 – Please Read Carefully

Welcome to Platform 477. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 477 ("we", "Platform", or "477") regarding the use of our website, mobile application, and all services offered by us. You are advised to read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 477 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

• The information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

477 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account if any of the above eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without the need to provide any reason.

The account registration process at 477 is designed to be simple and fast. However, as a trusted and responsible platform, we conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC – Know Your Customer) to ensure the safety of all players and the integrity of the platform.

During or after registration, you may be asked to submit the following documents for identity verification purposes:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address — such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

In general, all players must adhere to the following standards of conduct when using the platform:

• Multiple account ownership.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 477 reserves the right to forfeit any credit balance and bonuses held in that account. For voluntary closure by the player, any valid credit balance will be returned once all reviews are complete.

Platform 477 is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or technical errors. We will make every effort to maintain service availability at an optimal level.

• 477 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Players are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. Do not share your account password with anyone.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
• Any financial decisions you make based on your use of the 477 platform are entirely your own responsibility.

In any event, 477's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court of jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
